The National Cycle Network (NCN) 41 is signed on different ways in Churchdown. Here is another Barrier to hinder people on Bicycles.

Social Distancing with the Coronavirus Covid-19 means that more space is needed for people. The Shared Use Bicycle Path in Churchdown gets narrow at the junction because of the left hand traffic filter lane.

Another Awful 'A' Frame by the gate which can be Locked.

Bus Halt Bypass for Bicycles. This is also known as a Floating Bus Stop. Cheltenham Road East, Churchdown.

After the barrier followed by a rough and steep BMX track. It is supposed to be for Bicycles but is really dire.

Too steep and as rough as hell. The surface is an utter mess with dust and gravel. The gravel is loose, sharp and large. The Bicycle had to be walked.

An Awful 'A' Frame on National Cycle Network (NCN 41). Abysmal 'A' Frame which is so bad there is reflector stickers on it which suggests that at night it is a nightmare obstruction and danger!

A Shared Use Bicycle and Foot Crossing.

Turnpike House in Gloucester Road in Tewkesbury. There is no Segregated Bicycle Path or Cycleway here unlike in Kingsholm Road in Gloucester. Neither is there a Segregated Bicycle Path all the way to Gloucester.

Old bikes are among the amazing collection of bric a brac at the National Trust's Snowshill Manor. Shame there are no cycle stands in the car park then.

Not Sheffield stands but a barrier to cycling onto the platform at Ashchurch station

Cycle parking at Ashchurch station. The footbridge gives level access to the southbound platform.

The cycling conditions were near perfect along the Severn flood plain on this summer day. Here, on ncn 45, is Chaceley's church, which is just a stone's throw from the Severn's right-bank and the village's riverside pub.

National Cycle Route 41 runs across the grass here, completely unmarked. Possibly the least developed stretch of National Cycle Network in the country. Photo #84310 is from the same spot, looking in the opposite direction.

National Cycle Route 41 runs through this gate and along the edge of the field. Photo #84311 is from the same spot, looking in the opposite direction.

An 'Except cycles' plate on a no-through road. (With two "no-through road" signs for some reason...)
